A. The most important thing above all else, is choosing what speaks to you the most. If one shape of crystal appeals to you more, then that is what you should choose. We are all individuals and some things will resonate more with some than others.
Q. What size should I get?
A. A bigger crystal will have more energy but this does not mean it will suit you the best.Smaller crystals are far more portable and can be with you more of the time...some you can wear. Bigger crystals are great but less movable and so you are unlikely to be with it all the time. So consider where (e.g. office, home, to wear) and how you will be using it to figure out what size.
Q. Where do you source your crystals and stones?
A.We only source from managed mines that we know of, that do not engage in illegal labour (e.g. child miners) or questionable activities. If we can’t confirm a crystals’ source, we simply won’t buy them. Most of our crystals come from India because it is a country we are very familiar with and have lived in. That way we can identify and confirm which quarries and mines from where we get our crystals and stones.
Q. Is you copper crystal jewellery Hypoallergenic?
A. Pure Copper is great because is a non allergenic metal and also a healing metal but be aware of cheap copper alloys which can have nickel mixed in them to lower costs like cheap metal jewellery from China.Copper can conduct electrical impulses and magnify the energy transfer, from the healer or from minerals, to the subject of the healing.
Q. What is the base metal for your gold plated jewellery?
A. Our 14K and 18K jewellery is plated on lead and nickel free brass.We use a minimum of 1 - 2.5 micron plated gold on our jewellery which is then sealed with clear laquer to minimise wear and tear.
Q. Would you be introducing Gold Vermeil and Gold filled Jewellery in the near future?
A. We understand that everyone has budget limitations hence we will have gold plated & vermeil range for our customers and can offer replating service at a nominal charge.Though gold filled has its own design and price challenges we will be creating jewellery in gold filled as well due to its long lasting nature.
