Great size when on-the-move, our crystals for depression kit include amethyst, rose quartz, labradorite, lapis lazuli and citrine.
1. Amethyst: It is used for dispelling negative thoughts, which calms one’s stress and can even help if you are having nightmares.
2. Rose quartz: A calming and soothing stone that opens the heart
3. Labradorite: The Inuit people in Canada believed the Northern Lights were trapped in Labradorite until a warrior came striking the rock with a spear and releasing the lights. This same wondrous beauty, the inspiration of nature, can energise your mind against depression.
4. Lapis Lazuli: The name comes from the Latin word "lapis" meaning "stone" and the Persian word "lazhward" meaning "blue." What better to combat the blues than the blue stone....fight fire with fire!
5. Citrine: Citrine is derived from the French word for lemon, “citron.” Just like the yellow rays emanating from the sun, citrine is meant to energise your soul and make things happen. It is often called “the merchant stone” or “the success stone” and people use it when they want business and financial success. It is also used by artists when they want to find inspiration for their next big project.
